and it is massive again. bigger musical forms beneath satirical miniatures. analog samples after their close encounter with the software shredder beneath electronic sounds somewhere in between of experiment, 70s-style organs and 8bit.
thomas lux quite obviously delivers - in his "wellenformreiter" incarnation - a retrospective of a complete musical period of works and consequentially and confidently calls the result "die reine lehre" (the pure doctrine). and this is how we should consider it to be.
everything else is as before: ideas in continuous fire and an inner coherency which forms an opus out of the 42 seperate tracks.
so there is at least one first disciple to his doctrine.
